BLACK AND WHITE PHOTOGRAPHY OF WEDDING BUBBLES.
Wedding photographers love to take photos of people blowing bubbles at a wedding in the search for moments where the wedding guests are behaving naturally and enjoying themselves. This is the type of image a documentary wedding photographer will look for.
The next three photographs were taken at the wedding of Hannah and Mike at Bagden Hall Hotel in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. I chose to edit these photos in black and white however the most important aspect of the photos is the separation of the people and the bubbles from the background. This has to happen when the picture is taken as it cannot be done later.
This is a technique used by the photographer to put the focus on the important element of the photograph otherwise it would be impossible to see the bubbles clearly.
